Obituary for August Thao


August Thao, 16 months, passed away September 1, 2024, at Gundersen Health System in La Crosse.

He was born April 28, 2023, in La Crosse, to Phia Thao and Sengchan Yang.

A funeral service honoring his life will be held at the Hmoob Cultural and Community Center in La Crosse on September 15, 2024. Services will begin at 8:00 a.m., and run continuously until departing for Oak Grove Cemetery on September 16, 2024, at 9:00 a.m.

August will be forever loved by all who knew him.
