I am a Trane acquaintance. While Ed worked in the sales training area, I was involved with technical service training, retiring in 2007. I attended two classes that Ed taught and enjoyed them both while learning a few new skills. I especially enjoyed Ed's humor and respected his methods ways to get class members truly involved. Ed was one of a kind!

I worked for the Trane Company from 1991 to 2007. Ed lead the Counselor Sales Training Class for our 91-II class. Ed was always a pleasure to be around which is why the students loved his class.
