Condolences for Cassandra Faith "Cassie" Strand

I am a Special Education teacher at Holmen Middle School, and Cassie was in 7th grade my first year teaching. Though my time with her was rather brief, she left tan indelible imprint on me with her strength and courage. She sure could make a group of people smile. My condolences. -NP

Brian, Ben and family, Sending heartfelt thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time. I remember the day you brought your little precious daughter into my office, at the county, shortly after her birth. Brian, the smile on your face showed absolute unconditional love for your beautiful little daughter. I followed Cassie's progression though conversations with Ben over the years. It seemed she was an accomplished, talented, lovely young woman. I could tell Ben's love for Cassie was unconditional, just like yours Brian. I know you and Ben, and I am sure her entire family felt the same way. She is at rest now, no more physical struggles. I am so very sorry for your loss.

Karen, Bryan and all I was so sad to hear of Cassie's passing. I took care of her when she was born and throughout her life. One thing I know for sure is that she was happy and fun loving, she did everything with a smile and recently told me she loved to sing. She was lucky to be born to 2 wonderful parents, you gave her so much love and support always. I know that she is singing and dancing in heaven.

From the moment Cassie told me her name, asked me mine, and told me she thought I was pretty and she liked my lipstick, she was one of thr most beautiful people I've met! Her smile lit up the room amd her sincere heart was greater than most will ever dream of. May your love and memories of Cassie take you through the darkest and loneliest of days and may every rainbow and smile remind you of the beautiful gift Cassie had to share love with everyone she met. Karen, thank you for sharing your precious gift with me!
